Salesforce Engineering Manager

In the Private Bank experience team we seek to enable our people to better provide financial advice solutions and market leading products through the systemisation and standardisation of our processes to scale. This will enable us to realise net growth in private bank target customers.

As a Salesforce Engineering Manager , you will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team owned product and platforms. As well as technology ownership, you will also own the hiring, retention and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture.

You will draw from a deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers, dive deep into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues in the company. While you may possess deep technical skills, you will spend the majority of your time building great software by directing and managing your engineers who you work with.

What you offer

  • Relevant experience managing software engineering teams working on Salesforce.
  • Strong technical background in one or more modern technologies such as Salesforce, Apex, JavaScript, API development and cloud based integration
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives.
  • Critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant software.
  • Experience in producing high code quality, testing and security standards
  • Previous experience in reliability and uptime of applications
  • Previous experience in incident management and running of incident post-mortems and ensuring any actions are completed to ensure the applications are improving over time.
