Senior Associate- Desktop Publisher

What role will you play?

In this role, you will create impactful design solutions for various business collateral using the Macquarie Group brand elements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, translating their business needs into creative assets, and advising on cost-effective solutions. You are also responsible for maintaining high-quality deliverables and producing them in a timely manner, in accordance with corporate brand standards, guidelines, and templates.

 

As part of a global team, you will collaborate with creative colleagues, content creators, and marketing specialists, leveraging your knowledge of current creative trends to develop innovative concepts and solutions. You will also work closely with regional brand and marketing teams, supporting global events, marketing activities, and initiatives for our CEO and senior leaders.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline).
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a professional services organisation.
  • Hands-on experience in creating infographics, maps, animations, and data visualisation. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in design aesthetics, formatting, typesetting, and layout of presentations, pitchbooks, investor reports, and financial statements, etc.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong team player with attention to detail and a user-centric mindset, coupled with a creative approach.
