Asset Manager | Specialised Asset Finance

The Specialised Asset Finance provides innovative and traditional capital, finance and related services to clients operating in Global markets.

What role will you play?

You will focus on equipment valuations and residual value analysis for loan or leased equipment, including overseeing collateral analysis, evaluating transactional data, and providing insights to determine future residual valuations.

Your responsibilities will extend to guiding stakeholders on technology, maintenance parameters, and return options, as well as managing equipment risks through on-site inspections, attending auctions, and analysing market conditions for effective disposal strategies.

What you offer

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in resource industries, energy assets, transportation and mobility or alternative fuel vehicles
  • A well establish international network with Brokers/Auction Houses/OEM Dealers
  • ASA qualification or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in Sales and/or business development.
