Senior Change Manager

Sydney

In this role you will work very closely with the head of change management. You will have an exciting opportunity to implement real business process redesign, driving balance sheet efficiency, improving risk management, and enabling bottom line growth across our businesses. 

This is a 12 month max-term contract.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a capital and group Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation project, delivering a set of new strategic assets and operating models to enhance how finance performs forecasting and stress testing in the future, and meet our internal processes and external regulatory obligations.

What you offer

  • 7-10 years of experience in change management/leading change
  • Experience leading a project, with a focus on technology-driven change
  • Demonstrated people/team leadership with the ability to bring together a collection of high performing individuals
  • Excellent communication skills, to resolve complex issues in a straightforward manner and communicate our transformation journey to the broader Macquarie Group
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation and across multiple functions (Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Vendors).
  • Implementation of the Operating Model as part of the solution design.
