The US Equity Trading desk is a collaborative team that supports multiple internal investments teams across the globe and delivers consistently strong execution. With the growth of Global Trading, you will focus on non-execution workflow that will add value by improving processes and mitigating risk.

What role will you play?
As an integral member of the team, you will work collaboratively with our Global team of Portfolio Managers, Risk/Compliance, and Traders to monitor daily cashflows, portfolio changes, position drifts, rebalances, and transitions, and generate and authorize related orders. You will be a key player in exception monitoring of the Trade Oversight program, and you will help facilitate launches, mergers, risk management, and issue & discrepancy resolution. Additionally, with the launch of new ETF products across the globe, you will be an integral support to front office operational effectiveness.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4+ years’ experience at a buy-side Investment Management firm
- Strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and look for continual ways to improve processes
- Strong numerical and analytic ability
- Humility and curiosity – a willingness to continue to learn the business and step in to help others where needed
- Aladdin OMS experience highly desirable
