Help support world-class SaaS applications that drive our procurement digitalisation strategy. Join us as a Systems Administrator in our Procurement Operations team.

What role will you play?

As a key member of the team, you will analyse, test, and implement BAU requests. You will play a key role in identifying risks and contributing to the development and improvement of system processes and procedures.

You will also have the opportunity to support digital transformation projects, which will enable you to grow and develop your skills.

What you offer

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in one of the SaaS products,  such as Concur OR DocuSign or Optimize Spend with expertise in P2P or travel and expense processes.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in understanding and articulating complex requirements clearly
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in geographically dispersed teams with global stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge in release notes, regression testing and experience in handling quarterly product updates and triaging issues with external product support teams
