Senior Manager (VP) - Business Compliance, Commodities

Join our dynamic team as a Commodities Compliance Senior Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our commodities trading activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What role will you play

Based on our London trade floor, you will engage and advise our Commodities and Global Markets business to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role is advising on new products and services. In addition, you will monitor activities including desk reviews and thematic reviews for compliance with Financial Conduct Authority and Exchange rules.

Alongside these core activities, you will also collaborate with our regional and global teams to contribute on projects, such as, preparing and delivering Compliance training materials and assessing the impact of new financial regulations at a global level.

What you offer

- Extensive experience in commodities compliance advisory within the financial services industry.

- In-depth knowledge of commodities trading regulations and market practices.

- Knowledge of the energy, power, emissions, agriculture, oil, resources markets would be advantageous.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record of leading compliance initiatives and driving a culture of compliance within an organization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
