EMEA Payroll, Analyst

Our payroll team work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Operational Risk and the business, as well as external payroll vendors to ensure smooth running of the payroll process.

What role will you play?

Using a combination of prior Payroll experience and a strong learning mindset, you will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, accurate running of the Payroll process in line with country specific rules and regulations.

What you offer

  • Experience of the end-to-end payroll processes
  • Coordinating post payroll and year end reporting obligations
  • Ad-hoc query resolution and mailbox management
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Actively managing risk and compliance with internal policies
  • Supporting audits and reviews and maintaining process documentation
