Associate, Corporate and Sponsor Risk Solutions

Join our Fixed Income and Currencies team as a Corporate and Sponsor Risk Solutions Associate. This global role offers a broad opportunity to work on strategic transactions for our clients spanning across corporate, infrastructure and real estate sectors.

What role will you play?

As a Corporate and Sponsor Risk Solutions Associate, you will propose and pitch FX and interest rate hedging strategies and follow market developments to address client’s hedging needs. You will be responsible for modeling, executing, and managing derivatives transactions. You will work with investment banking teams on derivatives pitch linked to event driven transaction.

Salary range for this position: $117,000 - $190,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. 

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree complemented with at least 2 years of work experience in rates, FX and/or Capital Markets
  • Understanding of interest rate or foreign exchange derivatives markets
  • Experience in or knowledge of hedging, capital markets, derivatives, risk, trading 
  • Demonstrated track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills and attention to detail
