Technical Business Analyst | Identity Access Management

Join Identity Access Management (IAM) team within the Identity and Cyber Security Technology group on a transformation program of work to deliver a seamless customer experience for end-to-end asset lifecycle in the IAM User Access Management platform.

This is a 12-month day rate contract.

What role will you play?

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will work closely with an agile team of software engineers that collaborate on major IAM platform transformations. Your work will be wide ranging, including developing onboarding materials, engaging business stakeholders for apps, identifying standard or custom patterns for the apps and providing advice to app business and technical owners, troubleshooting, defining acceptance criteria and testing.

What you offer

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, working on technical projects, particularly in systems analysis and release management.
  • Experience either with SailPoint or release management with the ability to review Java code
  • Ability to gather requirements and document these for delivery.
  • Exposure in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones.
  • Ability to work in an agile scrum team environment, meet strict deadlines while delivering a quality product.
