Vice President - Learning and Development

Gurugram

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Vice President to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and executing Learning and Development strategies across India and the Philippines, as well as all central services business groups across Asia.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders; engaging, advising, designing and delivering learning solutions that drive our business.  This multifaceted role requires a motivated and experienced learning professional who is looking for a regional leadership role that will allow them to remain hands on and strategic simultaneously. 

Locally and regionally, you will partner with business stakeholders in relevant business groups, as well as local leadership teams in Gurugram and Manila to lead and drive high impact learning solutions that deliver to our business objectives and employee needs. Helping design, facilitate and project manage learning programs ensuring optimal learning and development opportunities are available across each of our office locations.

You will manage a team engaged in delivering regional and local initiatives like the global onboarding program to support and ensure the delivery of an exceptional joining experience, as well as oversee the roll-out and marketing of our regional curriculum according to changing learning needs.

You will also be involved in stakeholder management with various vendors, oversee the administration and logistics of training; whilst supporting the regional analysis and interpretation of Macquarie Voice survey results. Partnering with the team to create, implement and continuously improve Learning and Development processes. Globally you will have the opportunity to collaborate to co-create regional talent and culture initiatives and share subject matter expertise to help tailor exceptional learning solutions for our Asia region.

You must have extensive experience developing creative and engaging training/content alongside exceptional project management and evaluation experienced across a suite of learning and development interventions, with experience in managing senior stakeholders. You will have a passion for facilitation, and demonstrable knowledge of learning strategies, channels, techniques and methods. With experience linking organisational strategy and learning objectives, but most of all you will be passionate about talent and helping develop people’s careers.
