In this diverse role, you will be working with a dynamic finance team and contribute to strengthening our financial control framework, involve with policy uplift in Group Finance, and embedding change initiatives. With a global lens, you will be partnering with key stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Tax, Treasury, Tax across multiple geographies and functional teams. In this team, you will have the opportunity to expand your risk management, operational excellence and financial & regulatory reporting knowledge.
You will be responsible for delivering the uplift of financial control & assurance, as well as driving improvement in Corporate financial control operational processes.
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Chartered Accountant and have experience in applying accounting standards (particularly AASB) to solve real problems in an advisory, commercial or financial reporting capacity. A financial services background and previous experience in risk & assurance would be advantageous. Having a curious mindset, being risk focused, with strong communication and influencing skills, flexible and solution-oriented approach are paramount to success in this position.
