Infrastructure Debt Executive

Macquarie Asset Management’s Private Credit teams provides debt financing to critical infrastructure and energy transition assets on behalf of Macquarie's institutional client base. What role will you play?

You will get to work within the London team as a Graduate or Associate and take an integral part in the assessment and execution of new investment opportunities and the management of existing portfolio assets. Alongside Infrastructure, the Private Credit platform invests in other asset classes such as Commercial Ground Leases and Fund Capital finance and you will also have exposure to these growing product lines.

What you offer

  • Short prior experience (including internships) in project finance, infrastructure, structured lending or similar as well as financial modelling skills are relevant, although not a hard requirement.
  • Preferably you are familiar with excel and with financial statements and corporate finance, and most importantly you are eager to learn.
  • As a highly motivated and proactive individual, you will be able to execute critical work streams efficiently, autonomously and within deadlines.
  • We expect that you will acquire credit research and analysis skills in a short amount of time, which will be used when contributing to investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
  • You will have effective interpersonal skills, and over time we expect that you develop relationships across various business stakeholders, borrowers and their advisors and with institutional investor clients.
