Business Analyst | Enterprise Data Management

What role will you play?

In this unique role, you will support alignment with the Data Management framework across the various business areas, specifically the design and uplift of Data Management Tooling solutions. A key part of your role will be ensuring that the Data Management Tooling requirements are designed, developed, appropriately socialised and understood with the user journey being central to the success of the solution. You will also facilitate requirements gathering workshops, work closely and collaboratively with our key stakeholders and technology teams on design and release cycles and deliver ongoing enhancements needed to Data Management tools.

What you offer

  • 5+ years working in Business Analyst roles within Banking and Financial services
  • Prior experience with Data Management will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical expertise and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with technology/scrum teams.
  • Experience reviewing standards, processes and policies related to data risk management and/or governance.
  • Strong delivery skills gained through project experience with the ability to manage and influence the work of others.
