Working with a supportive team you will primarily be responsible for regulatory accounting and reporting, tax compliance and general ledger maintenance for Macquarie Capital Securities (Japan) Limited as an FIEA Type I/II licensed entity, regulated by the Japanese FSA. You will be coordinating with external tax advisors, the internal tax team, and the business in relation to tax returns and tax issues. You will also be required to participate in regional ad-hoc requests/projects relating to MCSJL. Finally, you will oversee, upskill and pass down knowledge to team members, who prepare the periodical regulatory reporting.
協力を惜しまないメンバーたちと共に、日本の金融庁監督下の第一種及び第二種金融商品取引業者であるマッコーリー・ キャピタル・ セキュリティーズ (ジャパン) リミテッドの、監督官庁宛報告書及びそれに付随する経理業務が、主たる業務になります。また、外部税理士法人、グループ内の税務部門、及び関連する営業部門と協働しながら、税務申告書や税務関連事項のレビューも担当します。必要に応じて、マッコーリー・ キャピタル・ セキュリティーズ (ジャパン) リミテッドに関連する、グループ内のアジア財務部の単発的なリクエストやプロジェクトへの参加も求められます。また、監督官庁宛報告書を作成する 1名の担当者を監督し、スキルを向上させ、知識を継承することも求められます.
