You will join our Strategy, Change and Communications team within the Commodities and Global Markets Data division, supporting the delivery of our Data Platforms transformation initiatives. What role will you play?
Joining part time as an experienced Project Manager, you will support the Strategy, Change and Communications team to embed the Data strategy. This includes managing timelines and deliverables across a portfolio of workstreams to report on the status, risks and issues into delivery forums. Unique to this role, you will be supporting a change management delivery team where you will develop methods to track and report on key change metrics across the portfolio and use JIRA to develop and monitor change plans, providing both portfolio and workstream views. In addition, you will implement dashboards and/or reporting mechanisms to monitor stakeholder impacts and interventions.
What you offer
- Demonstrated experience using Agile/Waterfall methodology within financial services, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and following a clear delivery framework
- Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
- Previous exposure to change management functions, and an understanding of the change management lifecycle
- An analytical risk management mindset, prioritisation skills and attention to detail to effectively solve problems and identify best practice ways of working
- Experience delivering on complex projects containing multiple streams.
