Join our global Transaction Reporting Technology team as a Project Manager to create business solutions that uplift Macquarie’s risk management capabilities.
In this role, you will support and manage an agile project team to deliver regulatory reforms and effective BAU management impacting the APAC and America’s regimes.

What role will you play?
You will develop the scope, deliverables, plans, RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed) and resource models required to deliver objectives.
You will also manage multiple cross-divisional dependencies as well as develop and maintain key project artefacts.
Additionally, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders in front office, operations, compliance and other technology teams.
What you offer
- Experience with regulatory reporting, OTC derivatives, or financial markets
- Proven track record of taking accountability and delivering complex projects to a high-quality standard
- Strong organisation and scheduling skills with excellent dependency management
- A level of technical proficiency to be able to understand and help resolve technical challenges
- A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing teams in multiple locations, across multiple operating groups and managing collaboration while working remotely.
