Third-Party Risk and Outsourcing Senior Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Manila team as a Third-Party Risk and Outsourcing Senior Analyst.

In this role you will work as part of the Third-Party Risk Team (TPR) which is part of Corporate Operations Group Business Services Division (BSD) within the Macquarie Group. You’ll be working closely with the global TPR team to deliver value from a wide variety of tasks, covering core BAU task functions. In addition, you’ll be collaborating to deliver projects in support of the ongoing development of Macquarie’s oversight of Third Party and Outsourcing engagements across all divisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team mailbox triage – (level 1) re-direct to other team members / (level 2) direct resolution
    • MySupplier access provisioning requests
    • MySupplier assessment / questionnaire launching.
    • Participate in change management for third party risk systems including BAU change delivery, user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of third-party related data captured in our Supplier Risk Management system (“MySupplier”)
    • Develop and maintain regulatory outsourcing registers for all regions.
    • Facilitate Outsourcing Risk Assessments periodically, ensuring updates are made as and when engagements or services expand or materially change.
    • Monthly reconciliation processes: data extraction and consolidation
  • Assist the development and dissemination of supplier risk and outsourcing reporting.
    • MySupplier data quality report review and escalation
    • Policy and Standard breach reporting
    • Performance management reporting for intra-group and third-party outsourcing engagements globally, to ensure transparency and timely resolution of KPI and KRI issues and breaches.
    • Collaborate in the production of internal user guides and intranet content regarding supplier risk management including outsourcing.
    • Collaborate in development of content for raising awareness/ training campaigns (e.g., Workplace; Sharepoint; Macnet)
    • Explore opportunities to automate and systemize repeatable work patterns.
