What role will you play?
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving performance, actively managing workflow queues, and be accountable for the delivery of the agreed service level standards and key performance measures for the team. In addition to leading the team, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, championing strong risk management practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
