Manager, Data Product (Non-Engineer)

Join our Macquarie Asset Management business during a period of exciting change. You will support MAM’s key business initiatives from our Philadelphia office. You will lead on all aspects of data product management within the team to help the Chief Operations Officer, Product Owners and development team drive digitalization through well-managed, automated, and governed data. 

Your deep knowledge of asset management data flows and data domains (e.g. portfolios, funds, trades, position/analytics, securities, performance) will be essential to your success. You will play a significant role in designing and executing digital solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, Technology, Operations, and Support functions to drive alignment to our data principles and make it easier to deliver reporting and other data-driven solutions.  Your daily tasks will include running workshops, analyzing existing and future business process, developing conceptual data models, managing data quality, bringing data under governance, documenting user journeys, Agile story writing, and coordinating business testing.  You will have solid existing knowledge of financial markets or asset management and skills in data or business analysis. 

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or experience as a quantitative analyst will be advantageous.
