Director, Fund Finance Origination

New York

As an Originator in our New York office, you will be part of a high performing global team. The Fund Finance team specialises in providing industry leading fund level financing solutions to private equity, secondaries and real assets funds. You will be responsible for growing the Fund Finance business with primary funds in the Americas by sourcing financing opportunities with new sponsor clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have well-established relationships with US financial sponsors, a proven track record of successful sourcing and execution of NAV financing transactions. The role requires deep product knowledge across private equity, direct lending and real assets. We are seeking candidates who are client focused and possess strong commercial acumen to develop bespoke and customised financing solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of relevant experience in fund finance with at least 5 years in an origination role. A degree in finance, economics or business is highly desirable.

Salary range for this position: $247,500 - $357,500/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
