Working across AMER (United States, Canada and Latin America) you will be a team player, passionate about social impact and excited to support the team and engage our staff to grow our footprint.
Reporting to the Regional Head of the Foundation, you will support the delivery of our Foundation programs and activities across AMER working with our Regional Staff Engagement Lead (RSEL). We are looking for someone who enjoys the working at pace and has a passion for making a difference in local communities.
Your interpersonal skills will also make you a critical point person managing the administration for the team, providing guidance and support around our staff engagement initiatives, responding to staff inquiries, and giving advice around policies and initiatives such as our annual Foundation Week, Mentoring Week and our employee network groups.

Salary
Salary range for this position: $73,000 - $130,000 Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
