HR Systems Manager

We are looking for an HR Systems Manager to join our HR Operations team and lead the HR Information Systems team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all functions of the HR Systems team: Security/System Administrators; Business Analysts; Audit reviews in PeopleSoft HR, Pega (Starters, Transfers, and Leavers system) and Request/ (Staff Detail Changes system).

Business Responsibilities

As an HR Systems Manager, your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of HR Systems functions.
  • Manage the day-to-day Operations specifically in the area of system administration, maintenance and changes, business analysist and security management
  • Responsible for an accurate PeopleSoft set-up based on the business requirements in coordination with the Tech team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the Technology team to enable you to provide and receive guidance and support to key stakeholders.
  • Be a key contributor to the development and execution of the team’s strategic vision, with alignment to HRO, Operations and COG strategies
  • Responsible for the growth and development of the team. Ensure that the necessary training for the team members is given to gain expertise, identify their developmental areas and provide career opportunities.
  • Creating a positive team culture that supports the on-going development of our people
  • Accountable for the operational and people risk management
  • Responsible to escalate issues, concerns, incident to the HRSS lead
  • Responsible to support and rollout COG/Operations initiatives in relation to COG culture
  • Responsible to continuously improve the processes and create capacity for the team
  • Drive process and culture transformation within the function through innovative idea generation, delivery and adoption of change initiatives
