Team Assistant

An excellent new opportunity has become available for the position of Team Assistant within our dynamic NY based Human Resources (HR) team.

The HR function in the Americas is responsible for the management and support of HR related activities for approximately 3,000 employees across multiple business lines and countries.

Your adaptability, people skills and organization will be utilized as you work closely with the Regional Head of HR and Americas HR leadership team in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment. This will include performing administrative and office tasks essential to the operations and management of HR as well as assisting with coordination of interdepartmental communications, team wide initiatives and events.   You will also have opportunities to contribute to regionwide projects, strategic initiatives, and operational improvement, demonstrating an ability to think creatively and to proactively solve problems.

Using your attention to detail you will also be responsible for invoice management and vendor payment for teams across HR, including recruitment, talent, learning & development, benefits, and employee relations, as well as expense report processing for the Head of HR and members of the Americas HR leadership team that require support.  

Additionally, you have responsibility for calendar management for the Head of HR, booking and coordinating travel for the Head of HR and members of the Americas HR leadership team that require support, and onboarding new members of the Americas HR team, including organizing the requisition of all HR team equipment including laptops, mobile devices, corporate amex, shared drive access and remote access.

Your ability to work collaboratively will be required as you advise and train HR team members on what’s need to perform daily work, including know how with company systems and procedures and coordinating with internal and external contacts, as required.  As an independent learner and flexible team player, you will function well across our various teams in Americas HR and willingly support ad-hoc needs as they arise.

Salary

Salary range for this position: $75,000 - $110,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
