Executive Assistant (temporary role)

Come join our team with this excellent opportunity in our Philadelphia office as an Executive Assistant. This is a temporary assignment through mid-April 2023.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting environment that offers senior-level management exposure, then this is the opportunity for you!  

As an Executive Assistant supporting our COO within Macquarie Asset Management, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

You will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense reports and invoice processing via Coupa, co-op interview scheduling, assisting with onboarding new hires, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for executives. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion, quick-to-learn, demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will need strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, a strong sense of ownership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Financial industry experience is preferred.
