Business Analyst

Join as a Business Analyst with a technical slant, to work in an awesome Infrastructure & Personal Technology team in Sydney. You will work within the Service Management Program to re-design our internal facing service request forms to be built in our new request application. Your focus will be on reducing inefficiencies and improving the customer experience. You will work using agile techniques to deliver your work. 

Your work will range from analysing existing services, documenting the new form requirements and owning the deliverable from requirements to build, test and release to production. We are looking for passionate analysts who will thrive in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment and draw on your collaborative and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal outcomes. 

The role will involve:  

  • collaborating with a targeted project team, account team SMEs and technical stakeholders
  • using your knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Agile and technology service delivery 
  • using your knowledge of Build rapport with service owners and SMEs within our teams via a variety of communication techniques 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within Banking and Financial Services and/or Service Management
  • have excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • have a passion for customer-centric solutions 
  • be capable of working within a small, targeted team or as an individual consultant to an area 
  • experience working in agile teams
  • have a strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure will be paramount 
  • confidence to challenge ideas and processes, to enable more efficient outcomes. 
  • work autonomously, but know when to raise incidents or ask for help
