An exciting opportunity exists to join the Macquarie Virtual Adviser Network team as the Operations and Client Services Associate. Our team currently follow a hybrid working model with some days in office and some days at home.
Macquarie Virtual Adviser Network exists to help financial advice business owners build successful and sustainable firms, which means more Australians can get better financial advice and realise their dreams. Our Virtual Adviser Network does this through structured strategic growth programs and workshops as well as peer-to-peer events where members share insights and build valuable relationships.
The primary focus of the Operations and Client Services Associate role is to do whatever it takes to ensure the members (business owners) have the best and most valuable experience of the programs and their membership. You will help deliver efficient, seamless administration and communication; prompt and effective response to any questions; compelling and intuitive online interactions and truly first-class workshop and conference experiences.
The Operations and Client Services Associate will work with and report to the Community & Operations Manager. There is also plenty of interaction with the rest of the close-knit Virtual Adviser Network team. As this role is client facing and will often be the go-to for members, polished client service skills and a passion for solving problems with a smile is a must.
As the Operations and Client Services Associate you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- managing the onboarding process for all Virtual Adviser Network members
- delivering the administration, community and in person experience for Virtual Adviser Network members
- creating & delivering clear and compelling communication via emails, social media, online and in person
- assisting with the development and delivery of member events
- engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional and scalable client experience.

To be successful in this role you will:
- have high attention to detail and accuracy

- be proficient using Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce
- have strong initiative and be able to take ownership of tasks
- be an exceptional communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills.
