You will work closely with your colleagues and external advisors in assessing investment opportunities and managing due diligence and execution of transactions.
While our preference is for the position to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we will consider candidates from other locations in North America.
With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, you will have a minimum of 12 years of proven experience in the investment banking industry, private equity, or consulting, ideally with hands on experience applying professional services within the forestry, natural resources, agriculture, or land conservation sectors. You will have experience in developing new investment opportunities along with a strong background of executing M&A transactions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will need to be willing to travel when required to build connections and identify opportunities globally.
