Manager - Liquidity Reporting

Join our Liquidity Reporting team and take responsibility for implementing regulatory changes and help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementation of regulatory changes being introduced by regulators and driving changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders in understanding and implementing the new regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring delivery of regulatory compliance and other reporting obligations.

As a Manager, you will be primarily responsible for keeping up to date with ongoing regulatory changes impacting Liquidity Reporting and understanding the rules, interpretations and assumptions around regulatory requirements in Liquidity Regulatory reporting. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing the ongoing regulatory developments as well as assisting with interpreting and communicating changes to regulatory requirements, understanding operational risks and ensuring controls meet internal risk management policies.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a professional accounting qualification, such as M.Com. MBA Finance, CA or CPA with 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. You’ll have strong numerical and abstract reasoning skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders' expectations and provide timely updates on issues/escalations. You’ll have the ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and demonstrate a proven track record in solving complex and ambiguous issues. Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx would be an added advantage.
