Manager - Collibra Devops Engineer


Are you passionate about data and data governance? Bring that passion to our Enterprise Technology team and showcase your skills as a DevOps Engineer as you build and maintain our data governance platform.

In this role, you will drive key solutions that enable our teams to manage and govern enterprise data. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with a range of technical teams to implement technical solutions and support our existing data governance platforms to deliver operational excellence and a high-quality customer experience. You will be hands-on and work directly with users to resolve technical queries as well as implementing strategic solutions to uplift our data governance capabilities across the organisation. You will be a valued member of our team if you are a self-motivated team player and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with all levels of stakeholders.

Ideally, you will also bring to the role:

  • experience with languages such as Groovy, Python or Java
  • experience in working and implementing with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, including deploying applications in public cloud
  • an understanding of Linux operations with experience in shell scripting

It’s a bonus if you bring:

  • completion of an AWS certification
  • experience with GUI and workflow development
  • experience in development and maintenance of data governance platforms such as Collibra
  • experience integrating on-prem and cloud applications through APIs
  • experience with production support or SRE, experience on logging and system monitoring tools like Splunk
