Join our Americas Governance Division of the Legal and Governance Group as an Executive Assistant! In this role you will provide dedicated support to the team based out of our New York and Jacksonville offices.
As an Executive Assistant, you will assist Corporate Governance with company administration by assisting the lawyers and clients with the preparation of constituent documents and Board papers.
You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks such as filing, preparing PowerPoint presentations, facilitating document execution, processing procurement, courier orders and expense invoices, updating precedents, arranging meetings and travel arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to assist the team with searching databases, as well as gathering and collating information in connection with regulatory requests and filings.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work in a small team within a fast-paced environment where you need to show initiative, strong organizational skills and be resourceful. You will also have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 1 – 4 years of administrative experience; supporting Executives/upper-level management is preferred, but not required
- Function as gatekeeper to Executive
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Calendar & Inbox Management
- Knowledge of various information sharing platforms, such as DocuSign and SharePoint, is preferred, but not required
