In this role you will develop, build, and release innovative automation solutions specifically for Network technologies. You will use the latest development tools in the full software lifecycle to create new products and features. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop with the latest technologies whilst building industry leading network automation.
Additionally, as a member of the team you will help drive a culture of innovation and simplification through automation, working with a broad range of stakeholders.
Being tertiary qualified with 3-5 years in managing network technologies, you’ll combine your understanding of networks and development technologies to orchestrate network devices through APIs.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring the following experience and technical skills:
- Experience and proficient in writing and understanding Complex Python Code.
- Experience and understanding with consuming APIs from other systems
- Experience with creating REST-based APIs for consumption by other services
- Exposure to message queue concepts and task distribution
- Base level Linux knowledge
- Base level SQL knowledge
- Experience with developing within a team, including use of a version control system (eg: GIT).
- Experience with Python-based web frameworks (eg: Flask, Django)
- Experience with a configuration management tool (eg: Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience with Jscript
