Come join the Registrations and Licensing team! As a contractor supporting the team, you will play an important role in the administration of licensing requirements for Macquarie’s regulated entities and staff.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Licensing and Registration, you will assist with the timely and accurate filing of required registration forms for Macquarie regulated entities and individuals, as well as the underlying tracking and monitoring of requests for registration. You will assist with registrations projects requiring ongoing interaction with stakeholders across the firm. In addition, you will assist with the administration of personal compliance policies and associated reporting. To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to develop relationships across various stakeholders. Encompassing compliance or registrations experience is highly preferred.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
