Executive Assistant - Financial Management Group

New York

Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting the senior leaders within the Financial Management Group in our New York office. You will directly support the Chief Financial Officer - Americas and the Head of Tax for the Americas, while also supporting the rest of Financial Management Group.

As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic team within the Financial Management Group, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

In this role you will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination (both domestic and international), using Concur. You will collaborate with other EAs and executives across multiple Macquarie offices and take an active role to support the success of the Financial Management Group. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.

Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team.  Microsoft Office Suite experience is required with proficient skills in PowerPoint.  Experience working in a Financial environment is preferred.

The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie.
