Become a key part of our Investment Management business by joining our team as an RFP specialist. You will work closely with our retail and institutional sales platform to prepare and oversee Request for Proposals for prospective institutional and retail clients, questionnaires from institutional consultants and special client requests.
You will form and cultivate relationships with major functional areas of the investment organization (investment teams, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, HR) you’ll drive, coordinate, and facilitate input and develop response information to drive new business initiatives. You will use your strong attention to detail and be responsible for the accuracy of all information contained in the RFP. You will work within strict timelines and deadlines you’ll communicate information internally regarding the progress of requests and update the RFP database with any new or improved answers. You will bring excellent writing, communication, and time management skills to the role with the ability to address technical investment-oriented details in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs),Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc questionnaires for prospective and existing institutional and retail clients,
- collaborating effectively and building relationships across the investment organization (investment teams, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, HR) to continuously improve responses,
- communicating information internally regarding progress of request,
- maintaining and improving the RFP database (RocketDocs) with any new or improved answers,
- championing our RFP process and adhere to timeframes to ensure deadlines are met.
To be successful in this position you’ll have at least five years of relevant industry experience along with your series 6 and 63 licenses or be willing to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
