Regulatory Coordinator and Project Manager, Commodities and Global Markets

Join our Commodities and Global Markets Central Chief Operating Office Americas team as a Regulatory Coordinator and Project Manager. In this role you will take responsibility for driving business change and improvement across our trading business in the Americas whilst simultaneously playing an integral role in the delivery of business change and dealing with and coordinating resolution on a diverse range of projects. You will be involved in delivering various internal projects that have an impact business-wide, working with cross-divisional stakeholders of different seniority.

This team is dedicated to working with business and support areas to ensure that the groups operate efficiently and effectively to meet the business’ strategic goals. The team supports cross Commodities and Global Markets initiatives and drives them through in the Americas, as well as helps find solutions for operational, commercial, and strategic issues facing the business.

As a key member of the change delivery project team working through external regulator driven, as well as internal organizational changes, you will be effectively gathering and documenting requirements, designing business processes, aligning solutions to business objectives, and supporting the delivery of the change through the project lifecycle. This covers both external regulator driven changes as well as internal changes. Your role will encompass the end-to-end delivery of these projects and involve working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams as well as multiple stakeholders. Providing business analysis to management and stakeholders by generating regular and useful management information reports will be a key measure of success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent core business analysis skills and experience of working in complex business change programs. You will need strong communication and organizational skills, with proven results implementing business changes. As a collaborative team member, you will build open dialogue-based relationships with our multiple stakeholders. You will be empowered by the team to use your expertise and knowledge to drive initiatives and liaise with all stakeholders. Your ability to maintain accurate attention to detail and handle pressure and competing priorities in a deadline driven environment, is critical to your success in this role.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree with a high level of academic merit and strong Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have experience within a trading or finance environment, as well as experience partnering with compliance.
