Senior Business Analyst


Great opportunities exist for highly driven Senior Business Analysts to join the Corporate Operations Group, Operations Division, Market Operations.  Market Operations is responsible for providing business aligned trade support and settlement services predominantly to the Commodities and Global Markets.

Joining on 12 month contracts, you will have a proven track record leading and managing end to end requirements gathering, solution design, testing strategies and change management processes on both small and large scale projects.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Lead and deliver all requirements gathering, testing strategies and change management artefacts including solution designs where required
  • Partner closely with other divisions that includes compliance, business and technology to ensure the quality of the end-product delivery and any change management required
  • Collaborate with other project teams to ensure alignment of deliverables to the overall program objectives and success

The role may require you to partner with other business analysts whereby you may be responsible for the delivery of their artefacts on time and to standard, being prepared to lean in to assist them where required.

About You

Key skills required to be successful in this this role include:

  • Proven track record in business process management
  • Proven track record in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record in requirements documentation and tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, and facilitation skills
  • Strong capabilities in bringing structure to ambiguity
  • Previous experience on projects covering OTC transaction reporting, AML/CTF, SWIFT ISO20022 and international payments is highly desired but not mandatory.
