Business Analyst - Wealth Transformation & Business Management

As part of our Wealth Strategy and the continued focus on becoming the leader in the intermediary and High Net Worth markets, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Wealth Management Transformation & Business Management Team. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across our Wealth Management ecosystem to help enable and drive growth across our Private Bank and Intermediary Wealth Solutions business. With our rapidly growing business, you will need to be comfortable with a level of ambiguity, changing priorities and have a flexible and pragmatic approach to be successful. 

In this role you will develop skills in reporting, the ability to analyse complex data to generate meaningful insights, identify opportunities for continuous business improvement and drive our strong culture within the division. You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in project and change management using Agile methodologies.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Support development of strategic insights to create business opportunities and impact key strategic objectives, including digitisation, EX, CX, risk, and sustainable growth
  • Continuous improvement of business reporting capabilities through timely, engaging and streamlined data driven insights
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and review of business reporting
  • Provide day to day support on ad hoc reporting queries from stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Send out weekly and monthly reports to ensure that senior leaders are informed on all key metrics that matter
  • Support engagement with stakeholders, including analytics, product, finance, CX and operations teams.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong planning skills, the ability to multitask and have excellent communication skills. You will display high attention to detail with a keen interest in analysing and reporting on data, and the ability to synthesise information to deliver impactful business insights which will drive business decisions and outcomes.

  • Experience working within financial services, Wealth Management experience is preferred 
  • Willingness to learn and develop business analysis skills and being able to analyse and interpret complex data 
  • Excellent communication skills, centred on telling stories with data and insights 
  • Strong problem solving and innovative thinking skills
