Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Management Maternity Cover

London

Join our Financial Management Group’ as an Enterprise Data Manager where you will have a fantastic opportunity to help drive the rollout of the Enterprise Data Management and Data Governance across the EMEA and Americas regions.

Reporting to the EDM lead in EMEA, you will help drive FMG data governance through critical data element identification, definition, and mapping, aligned to projects across our Finance, Tax and Treasury functions. You will also manage the implementation of data management capabilities and processes (e.g., Data Quality Management, data risk and control assessments, end-to-end reviews of data flows).

In this role you will be at the forefront and as a natural relationship builder, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand priorities, risks, and issues. There will also be scope to develop and execute the regional implementation of information management (data management) strategies and roadmaps.

Ideally you will bring the following skills to the role:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience with Enterprise Data Management programs including BCBS239 deployment would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in a financial services organisation preferably with a regulatory, tax or financial reporting background will be highly advantageous but not necessary if you come from another large, matrix organisation.
  • In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with cross functional teams, possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills, and be an influential member of the team to help motivate project stakeholders.
