Insights Analyst | Workforce Management

The objectives of the Workforce management team are to provide great experiences for our clients and staff, and drive efficiency and innovation in our processes. We do this by supporting operations people leaders to maximise staff utilisation to maintain industry-leading service times in line with demand.

Your role will report to the Manager of the Workforce Management team, with your key responsibilities being to develop and maintain forecasting and plans in line with the Workforce Management service offering and operational and strategic requirements of the business, as well as compiling and maintaining accurate and comprehensive reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to continually improve our service offering and operational metrics.

In this role you will be required to, but not limited to: 

  • Develop accurate head count models and workforce plans that provide visibility of historical and future demand and supply 
  • Ensure that all forecast and plans are created in line with WFM’s service offering 
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights
  • Build collaborative relationships with people leaders and provide recommendations to continuously improve staff utilisation
  • Analysing and providing solutions to support the business to address non-productive time 

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

  • Experience and knowledge of workforce management principles and processes 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent planning and time management 
  • Natural curiosity and learning mindset
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query and be comfortable working with data. Knowledge in SQL (or similar) will be valued.
