As an Executive Assistant supporting this dynamic team, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for calendar management across multiple time zones, invoice processing via Coupa, assisting the origination team with client information maintenance and conflict clearances via Salesforce, travel coordination (both domestic and international) and expense reporting, using Concur. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and team members across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support the success of the business. You will also get the opportunity to coordinate and manage team conferences and events and assist with preparation of client marketing materials.
To be successful in this role, you will value confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, have excellent attention to detail, and be extremely organized. In addition, you will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a self-directed approach and a strong sense of ownership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are required. Experience working with Salesforce is preferred.
