Houston, Jacksonville, New York, Philadelphia, Remote Location in the US

We have a unique opportunity for a passionate talent acquisition professional to act as a trusted talent advisor to key business stakeholders and support the talent acquisition strategy for our Front Office businesses in the Americas.

In this role, you will build and leverage a deep network of diverse, engaged professionals to meet the talent needs of our growing business.  Partnering and consulting with hiring managers, HR Business partners and other senior stakeholders, you will deliver an excellent recruitment experience for all participants in the recruitment process.  As part of your commitment to adding value to the process, you will oversee talent identification and pooling for key roles, support building the brand within target talent communities, manage qualified referrals and develop plans to target and attract diverse talent.

Working as part of a broader team of dedicated recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and leverage best practices while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to share with your colleagues.  Overall, this is an exceptional opportunity for you to work within a well-established and well-regarded recruitment function to become a trusted advisor to the business and materially contribute to the success of a dynamic, growing function.

If you are excited by this opportunity to support the growth of our business, we want to hear from you!
