This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team of finance professionals covering the Healthcare and Industrial sectors in our New York office. Joining our team, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.
You will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) supporting a team of executives, using Concur. In addition, you will collaborate with other executive assistants and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support its success. You will also have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.
We are looking for someone who is strong in exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, as you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team. In addition, having strong Microsoft Office Suite experience is required with proficient skills in PowerPoint as well. Experience working in a Financial environment is preferred.
