Join Macquarie Capital as a Supervisory Analyst within our Equities team.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with applicable SEC and FINRA rules and regulations as well as firm policies and procedures. You will review research reports to assess the accuracy, consistency, and sources of data and calculations. Editing research content for quality, clarity, consistency, style and grammar will be core part of your role as a Supervisory Analyst.
Additional responsibilities for this role will include:
- Reviewing research reports to ensure a reasonable basis exists for the analyst’s valuation and conclusions
- Working with analysts to help structure content to ensure balance, timeliness, proper taste/tone, and commerciality
- Liaising with internal stakeholders – regional research management, Compliance/Control Room, and analysts
To be successful in this role, you will have strong rewriting capabilities. You will also be proficient in software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Additionally, experience using Blue Matrix is advantageous.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Series 16 license
- 5+ years’ Supervisory Analyst experience in equity research.
