In this role based in our Philadelphia office you will work collaboratively in a global team and participate in all aspects of the software life cycle as you design, develop, and maintain critical software systems using Python and AWS stacks.
You will also work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, discuss solutions, and manage scope as you focus on accountability for yourself and the team around scope, design, dates and quality.
Your ability to leverage best practices around testing, security and performance considering firm guidelines as you research, evaluate and present recommendations for innovative technologies and frameworks will be key to this role.
This role presents a unique opportunity for coaching, communicating with senior stakeholders, designing solutions and delivering projects. Ideal candidate would have 5+ years development experience in a Python (or Java, .NET) and AWS environments. Your strong understanding of data and data integration concepts (SQL, data governance, reporting) coupled with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to independently diagnose problems will allow you to succeed in this role.
