DevOps Engineer – Cyber Security

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is comfortable working and collaborating within the Agile methodology as part of a cross-functional team to join User and Access Management (UAM) group.

The position will focus on the area of Identity Federation Service like Single-Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

As an DevOps Engineer, you will focus on continuous improvements and support of our Identity Federation Platform. You will also be cross train as an Identity Engineer and be accountable for application onboarding to our platform so they can leverage on our SSO and MFA services, and platform support with the goal to achieve a highly available Authentication capability for all applications used within Macquarie.

Ideally you will bring:

  • experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • good Experience in development and setting up CI & CD pipeline (Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Git)
  • good Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, REST API implementation
  • experience with cloud and DevOps technologies  AWS (CLI, EC2, S3, RDS) , Cloud formation, terraform, ansible
  • experience with AWS Solution Architecture to design Highly available and fault tolerant system
  • good Experience with Git,  Bitbucket  and other version control systems , Bash and Powershell
  • basic Understanding of authentication protocol SAML, OAuth, MFA, OpenID and Kerberos
  • knowledge in infrastructure technologies UNIX, Windows, AD, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
  • knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP)

it would be advantageous if you can also bring:

  • experience monitoring tools e.g. AppDynamics , Splunk
  • execution and support of solutions utilizing Federation Services infrastructure like PingFederate, Okta, Oracle, PingOne
