Executive Assistant, Credit Markets Division

Take ownership of the support functions for one of our key revenue generating businesses. As an Executive Assistant supporting the Credit Markets Division within Commodities and Global Markets in our New York office, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.

In this role there will be calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination both domestic and international using Concur for the division. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other EAs and executives across multiple teams internally, as well as work alongside our Guest Relations team to coordinate meetings. You will also have the chance to perform data analysis for internal reporting leveraging Salesforce.  You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.

Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry’s culture will help you better understand and support the team.

To be successful in this role you will be skilled in Microsoft Office, have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and preferably have prior experience working in either a front office or client facing role.
