Executive Assistant – Product & Technology

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Macquarie’s Banking & Financial Services, Product & Technology Division as an Executive Assistant to an Executive Director within the Banking Products team. This role is a 12-Month contract.

As an experienced Executive Assistant you will be providing high level executive support to the Head of Payments and Deposits and frequently assisting other Directors within their team

In this role, you will be providing support such as diary management, managing multiple stakeholders organising meetings and events, travel, office management, and a diverse range of administrative duties.

You are proactive, efficient, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. You enjoy working closely with others, flourish in a diverse working environment and using your strong liaison skills.

You will be building strong connections with fellow EA’s across the group.  In this role you will become a member of the Product & Technology Assistant Team that offer a supportive network of EA’s.
