We have an excellent contract opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an eDiscovery Analyst, you will work closely with business partners across Macquarie’s Legal, Employee Relations and Global Security and technology teams in order to collect and deliver Electronically Stored Information (ESI) as required.
Your technical expertise will be required as you use software platforms such as Discovery Accelerator, Nuix and Office 365 Compliance Center, fulfill customer requests for eDiscovery collections.
Bringing your attention to detail and organizational skills you will apply Legal Hold to data sets as required, coordinate and execute forensic preservation of laptops and mobile devices as well as prioritize efforts based on customer requests received in shared ticket queue in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements.
Your collaberartive approach will be utilized as you provide direct consultation and support to Macquarie staff throughout the lifecycle of their eDiscovery requests. This will add furthe value as you interact with teammates in other time zones, this includes evening conference calls and training sessions several times per month.
Do you have familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM e)xperience with one or more of the following eDiscovery technologies: Ringtail, Nuix, Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, Office 365 Compliance Center wit one or more of the following highy desired technology operations platforms: PowerBI, Splunk, Remedy, JIRA, Confluence, MS SQL.
