The EMEA product support/management function manages and supports the product life cycle of the public market pooled fund platform across global equities, fixed income and multi-asset strategies.

The team is looking for someone who is expected to be highly visible across the firm.


Your responsibilities will require you to:

  • work on new product and product variation initiatives: Manage the new product and variation process from initial idea to implementation. Coordinate initiatives across teams, deliver high-quality material for the regulator, internal approvers and the product committee and work with operations to implement changes.
  • support various stakeholders and decision makers with research on market data and competitive landscape
  • working with our ESG resources, investment teams and marketing, help to implement best practice ESG reporting: meeting competitive standards, (automate and) share relevant data, implement best practice promotion of our ESG efforts and reporting.
  • ESG rating intelligence across platforms: Understand what is driving ratings of various ESG platforms to facilitate informed discussions with investment teams with the ultimate goal to improve external ratings.
  • support investment content deliverables (e.g. DDQ’s, RFP’s, presentations, detailed client queries,…). Working with internal stakeholders to obtain the relevant approvals to disseminate materials.
  • assist in the coordination, operational support and delivery of cross-team projects and initiatives.

In order to be successful, you will likely have a broad product experience within the (EMEA) asset management industry including vehicles available in the region and the regulatory and legislative landscape. A good understanding of financial instruments, capital markets and investment propositions. You will have a strong understanding of operational set up and processes and a demonstrated track record of collaborating with and supporting a variety of stakeholders across all levels and parts of the business.

Additionally, you will have the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills able to work effectively with global and regional set-ups and functions. You will likely have a data-driven approach and with a strong attention to detail, sense of urgency in delivering outcomes, be passionate in supporting and with a focus on investment content that drives action. Have strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Finally, you will likely have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
